President
President - To co-ordinate and oversee all activities of the Association including:
- To co-ordinate and overview the activities of the Association and to have overall responsibility for the Association.
- Delegation of subcommittees and obtain feedback.
- Attend some subcommittees e.g. development
- Watch representative teams where possible.
- Oversee the fixture card.
- Inform and service membership together with the Secretary, Treasurer and Deputy President.
- Be the spokesperson for the Association by:
- Chairing meetings and the AGM.
- Liaising with the South and EHA
- Troubleshooting
- Finding new personnel for committee duties.
- Chase/remind personnel to complete action points or tasks. (Including clubs and schools.)
Proactive role in formulating development plans and then keeping the plan in the right direction once it is in place.
