Youth County Coaches

Youth County Coaches – to coach the respective County squad allocated to them.

Provide high quality hockey coaching appropriate to the age group of the squad

Attend regular courses/workshops and keep up to date with developments in coaching

Agree to coach/umpire trainees observing sessions for coach/umpire development

Inform and liase with the squad Manager regarding the squad

liase with the Girls/Boys youth co-ordinator

Attend pre-season County trials and liase with selectors

Inform the Squad Manager of fixture results

Ensure overall responsibility for the safety and well-being of all players in the squad when in your care

Maintain a record of attendance of all squad players at training and fixtures

Adhere to the policies implemented by Berkshire Hockey Association and England Hockey i.e Child Welfare, equity etc
