The Hockey Leadership Award Programme is a great opportunity for anyone intending on developing their leadership skills, through both practical and theory sessions.  It aims to provide parents, students, teachers, players and other potential leaders with a basic knowledge of the key areas of hockey (umpiring, coaching and managing). There are 4 modules to the programme which can be accessed as independant 'bolt on' modules, alongside the Sports Leader UK level 1, Community Sports Leadership Course or as a stand alone award.  Berkshire Hockey will be organising a Hockey Leadership Course in the near future -  details to be posted on this website soon.
