The South Youth Panel is a group of committed 14-25 year olds, who represent the youth of hockey in the South of England, aiding development across the region. We’re looking for enthusiastic young people keen on hockey including umpires, leaders, coaches, players, officials or supporters who would like to make a difference to hockey as they know it. We have 4/5 meetings a year as well as helping to organise and run the South Schools and Clubs Mini-hockey Championships. As well as being on the panel looking really impressive on your CV and University applications you also get the opportunity to achieve personal and group goals and implement initiatives throughout the South. As an applicant we would ask that you will be able to commit to: • 18th Feb (Meetings – Surbiton HC) • 24th & 25th April (Schools Championships - Surbiton HC) • 1st & 2nd May (Clubs Championships - Surbiton HC) If you would like to share your hockey experiences with other hockey like minded individuals, please email south@englandhockey.org for an application form.
